Registered employers gain access to: Financial assistance for employee training and development. Claimable courses that enhance workforce skills. Government incentives and subsidies for upskilling initiatives. Structured training budgets to plan and implement employee development programs.
Employers can: Identify suitable HRD Corp-registered training providers. Apply for training grants through the e-TRiS system before the training commences. Upon approval, conduct the training and submit claims for reimbursement.
